Our Story

After nearly a decade at a mid-sized CPA firm—and with my third child on the way—I realized my career ambitions of being the first female partner at that firm could wait; time with my children could not. I stepped away from my position at the firm hoping to find just enough small accounting projects to cover the cost of maintaining my CPA license.

The years that followed were filled with part-time homeschool, playdates, packed lunches, and soccer practices. Amid the rhythm of family life, small accounting projects slowly grew to fill the margins of our calendar.

Working from home became the ideal fit: I could serve clients on my own schedule while staying present with my three kids. Over time, other parents—moms and even a dad with a side hustle—joined the team, drawn by the same flexibility and purpose. Together, we built a practice that honors both professional excellence and family priorities.

Today, we’re proud to launch as a growing brand, expanding our capacity to serve clients with dedication and care. Our mission remains clear: to leave a legacy with family first while delivering exceptional service—so our clients can do the same…dig deep and live well.

  • BOOKKEEPER

    KahMun Wong is a detail oriented and dependable bookkeeper for various small businesses and non-profits, who loves witnessing the growth of these companies.  She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and has worked in IT and actuarial consulting, prior to focusing on her family.  She is a wife and mother of 4. KahMun enjoys serving as a board member for a high school band and summer swim team.  She also teaches preschoolers at Bible Study Fellowship and her local church.

    Sarah believes managing a business is like tending to personal health–it requires regular check-ins, clear metrics, and discipline to ensure goals are being achieve. She loves putting stories to data—translating financials into meaningful insights. She is guided by her faith in Jesus Christ and outside of work, she finds energy running, hiking, reading, studying the Bible, working in the yard, and spending time with her husband Ryan and their three awesome chidlren: Nathan, Karis, and Kaitlyn.

    Amelia Turner brings a love of organization and numbers to her role as bookkeeper at The Well Financial. With a background in project management and operations, she’s passionate about helping mission-driven teams stay financially organized and focused on their goals.

    Before joining The Well Financial, Amelia worked in client management at Polymath Innovations and on the administrative staff at Perimeter Church in Atlanta. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband Jared and their three boys, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs.
